All papers submitted to IEEE-EEPS 2025 will undergo a thorough review by the conference technical committees. After careful evaluation, accepted papers will be published in the IEEE conference proceedings (ISBN: 979-8-3315-6765-1) and indexed by IEEE XploreEI Compendex, and Scopus.

  • Full Papers

The conference only accepts full papers for publication. To have your paper published, a complete manuscript must be submitted at the time of initial submission.

1. Please prepare your paper using the provided template, formatted in double-column layout with a minimum length of 4 pages and no more than 15 pages in length, including all figures, tables, and references.

2. One regular registration covers up to 4 pages. Additional pages beyond 4 will incur a charge of 60 USD per page.

3. The official language for writing and presenting is English.

  • Abstracts

If you wish to present without publishing a full paper, please submit an abstract for review.

1. Please prepare your abstract using the provided template. The official language for both abstract submission and presentation is English.

2. Submitted abstracts should clearly state the objective of the work, the key results and achievements, their significance, and the advancement beyond previous research.

Submission Requirements: 

All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
