Biography:

Yutian Liu is a distinguished professor and doctoral supervisor at Shandong University. He is an expert who has received the State Council Special Government Allowance, a national candidate for the "Hundred, Thousand, and Ten Thousand Talents Program," and was selected for the Ministry of Education's "New Century Excellent Talent Support Program." He has been recognized as a prominent young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions in Shandong Province, is a specially-appointed professor under the "Taishan Scholars" program of the Shandong Provincial Government, and was named one of the "Top Ten Outstanding Teachers" in Shandong higher education. He serves as a council member of the China Electrotechnical Society, the vice president of the Shandong Electrotechnical Society, the Chair of the IEEE PES Jinan Chapter, and the Chair of the IEEE PES Power System Dynamics Technical Committee (China). His main research areas include power system operation and control, recovery strategies and control optimization of power systems, safety and stability analysis and control, as well as reactive power optimization and voltage control.

Biography:

Jianmin Zhang, male, professor, doctoral supervisor. He is responsible for the direction of power system and its automation in the discipline of electrical engineering, deputy director of Zhejiang Provincial Engineering Laboratory of Regional Energy Internet Technology; deputy director of the Institute of Electrical Automation, and senior member of IEEE. He has won the second prize of provincial and ministerial scientific progress once and the third prize three times. Vertical projects include, has completed the key fund of natural science in Zhejiang Province, a major program projects, is now presiding over the key fund of national natural science and the surface fund of each one; horizontal projects include, has completed the Zhejiang Electric Power Company, Nanrui Group science and technology projects more than 30, is now presiding over five; average annual research funds over a million. He has prepared national standard GB/T 30944-2014 and industry standard SL 173-96; co-authored one book; published more than 130 papers, including 48 papers in domestic top-level/first-class magazines and 80 papers in SCI/EI as the first author or corresponding author.
